The house is very handsome, offering complete rural privacy at the end of a driveway through sunflower fields. The views beyond the house over the valley below are gorgeous. "Fantastic 2 weeks in a lovely house, glorious outside area including super-pool. Great location for lots of trips out with the kids, including canoeing, aquapark, pedalo, zoo, caves, tree climbing and of course the local château’s. "

Everything in the gite function correctly.The place was comfortable and clean and the location was perfect, Quiet in the French country side in amongst orchards and vineyards. "Sadly the pool was is need of substantial repair. The cracked slabs and crumbling cement around the pool was dangerous for bare feet and attracted wasps to nest. Not ideal for young children and babies. There was a constant bad smell in the kitchen due to drainage problems in the area of the sink. The setting is idyllic and very peaceful in amongst the forest but we got bitten alive with all the woodland mosquitoes."
