The sleeping arrangements consist of one room with a French bed (140 cm wide and 190 cm long) on the ground floor, and a double sofa bed (140 cm wide and 190 cm long) located in the open-plan gallery area upstairs. The property also includes a kitchenette with basic amenities such as two hot plates, a mini-oven, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table.
