Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 30 m² terrace. The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:

- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (2 single beds)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (1 vehicle).
