My place is ideally located near diverse restaurants, dining options, and family-friendly activities. It’s perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. Pets are welcome, so bring your furry friends! Enjoy access to a coin-operated laundry room to keep your clothes fresh and clean. Whether you're on a romantic getaway, a cozy retreat, or a business trip, you'll find everything you need here.

Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Local Guest Policy:
Locals from Lawton, OK are subject to approval.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

Wi-Fi Disclaimer: Occasionally, Wi-Fi issues may arise due to service provider problems. We are not liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections.

One of the best Stays

We normally make a trip to OK every year. We have stayed at almost every hotel in town and have enjoyed it, BUT this trip was an absolute joy. The kitchen counters were low enough that my husband, who is in a wheelchair, was able to help cook and clean up afterwards. The futon in the living room, which my daughter loved sleeping on, expanded and folded up very quickly. One of the best things, we got snowed in and had to extend a day, and it was done with ease. This spot was very accessible to a person in a wheelchair, and this will be on the list for us to return to every year!!!!
