Summary:
Just a 5-minute drive from the new Lawton Aquatic Park and the closest stay to the Fort Sill Visitor Gate, this apartment is in the perfect location for your visit.
The community offers a coin-operated laundry room on site for your convenience.
My place is great for couples, solo travelers, business guests, families with kids, larger groups, and even pets—everyone’s welcome here!
Please note there is no cable, but we provide Wi-Fi hotspots throughout the complex so you’ll stay connected.

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). 2 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee of $50 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 8 PM CT to address your questions and concerns. For any food deliveries, Door Dash, McDelivery (McDonald's), GrubHub, 2eatn, Bite Squad, and Uber Eats will deliver them all to you. Normal sleeping capacity is 2 but we allow up to a maximum of 4 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 3rd-4th guest. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $25 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Central. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.
Late Check-out Fee policy
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
$100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher

1. We don't accept Prepaid Cards.
2. We don't accept Cash.
3. Additional verifications required, such as ID that matches the Credit/Debit card.

Locals from Lawton, OK are subject for approval.
Note: Laundry area is under CCTV surveillance to ensure security, deter theft, and promote responsible use.

Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies.

Apartment was booked 24 hours prior to booking, ID was uploaded but was not notified of deposit. in process of trying to pay deposit, the company who owned the property informed me my rental was cancelled due to previous eviction (eviction was because of mothers death and fathers ill health), hours after check in. i was less than an hour from the property with a toddler and the owner took an additional 16 hours to cancel my booking (tying up 350). Horrible expierience
