I found the staff to be excellent and helpful' The art work was outstanding. The in room amenities were poor and unexplainable. No plastic bags with your logo for dirty clothes. I asked for one and was presented with a brown plastic bag, 6ft tall and 3 ft. wide.Bedside clock did not work. No ice bucket. Could not figure out how to work the coffee maker{ no instructions}.Nowhere to hang long garment bag to repack clothes.It is as if someone who had never been in a hotel designed the room. That being said I want to reiterate the employs I came in contact with were outstanding. They made our stay very pleasant.

Room was not ready on time but, staff was very helpful to rectify. The wait at the valet to get our car was VERY VERY long. You should try to speed up that process.
