Tolles Zimmer, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen in eine Lodge mit direkter Aussicht auf das Matterhorn. Personal hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt, verwöhnt und immer mega freundlich. Hotel hat viele tolle Details und ist super gelegen, ein wenig ausserhalb vom Zentrum dafür mit einem Lift von der Stadt fast direkt erreichbar, ohne Höhenmeter zu überwinden. Frühstück ein absolutes Highlight, speziell haben uns gefallen die frischen Eierspeisen a la carte (inkl.) und das umfangreiche Buffet. Roomservice super lieb, hat uns jeden Tag persönlich oder per Brief eine schönen Tag gewünscht, Tips gegeben und anstandslos sauber gemacht. Top.

車を降りた道路からホテルまで登り坂で、荷物の搬入が大変。ホテル側がボーターを用意してくれるとの約束が守られない。 ホテル側が駅までの専用車を用意してくれるとの約束の時間が守られない。 低層階の部屋からマッターホルンは見えない。 ホテルの受付がなく連絡するのが不自由。 ドイツ語や英語が話せない人は連絡が難しい。 It is difficult to bring in luggage from the road where you got off the car to the hotel on an uphill slope. The promise that the hotel will provide a boater is not kept. The promised time that the hotel will prepare a private car to the station is not kept. The Matterhorn cannot be seen from the rooms on the lower floors. There is no hotel reception and it is inconvenient to contact. It is difficult to contact people who do not speak German or English.
