  • Located in Laurie, in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Park, this 110 m² country house welcomes up to 5 guests. You will have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped private kitchen. The property features heating, step-free access, private TV, fan, coffee machine, and a shuttle service to the train station. For families, there is 1 baby cot, 1 private high chair, as well as shared toys and books for children.



    Enjoy the uncovered shared terrace with mountain views and access to a barbecue. A south-facing garden terrace offers a peaceful setting for relaxation.

    Parking includes 1 shared on-site space and options on the street. Up to 2 pets are allowed, with a maximum of 1 large dog. Parties and smoking are not permitted.

This independent village house from 1874, fully restored, is situated at 1,030 m altitude on the village edge, surrounded by barns for total tranquility and minimal traffic. Hiking trails, including the Grand Tour des Vaches Rouges, start directly from the house and offer access to stunning high plateau landscapes, waterfalls, and forests of the regional park. The hosts can provide you with personalized hiking maps and information to explore the area. Please note the presence of farm animals, especially cattle, and be careful with your pets. You are expected to leave the property as you found it; cleaning products and equipment are provided.

Een verblijf op een zeer bijzondere locatie

Pros: De locatie is erg bijzonder. Lussaud is een dorp met een uniek karakter, afgelegen en gelegen in een onvoorstelbaar landschap. Olivier is een uitstekende gastheer, hij ontving ons met enorme gastvrijheid en voorzag ons van tips die we opvolgden en als zeer waardevol bestempelden. Cons: Het was op de eerste verdieping, waar de slaapvertrekken waren, in de zomer soms te warm om te kunnen slapen. Ramen construeren aan weerszijden van de ruimtes zou wellicht meer luchtventilatie kunnen bieden. Er waren vanwege de koeien in de directe omgeving erg veel vliegen, maar daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen.
