「I booked this room for my daughter in law Grandchildren. They were returning to Ohio from visiting us and the family here in Florida. The room was so filthy. and had bugs walking around in it. that they could not even stay at that hotel. I paid for the room. and the additional charge for a number questions ask refund. It has been over a week and I have not received the refund from Expedia.?」

「I arrived with my family around 10pm, so you need go thru special night window. A gentleman with beautiful pink nails gave me a key to a room next to a big smoking dark party outside. There was not a chance I could even walk or pass by the party. It seems they live in this hotel. I requested a refund because I was scared. The nice gentleman gave me a room on a different side of the building telling me that I should be safe there. We couldn't sleep. 」
