"The hotel lost power within minutes of getting to our room. It was out for hours and after a long day of traveling it was frustrating to not be able to charge our phones or have air conditioning. We woke up with it 78 degrees in the room and still no power. "

"I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was unfriendly. The ice makers broken on every floor. There were ants in my room. The keys were hit or miss in opening doors. Doors on property that were supposed to be opened with a key from outside were always unlocked. The restaurant hours were too short. The bar area dud not have a liquor license - we were advised to go down the street to holiday inn which is a sister property."

"Every time I stay at this hotel, either another guest is given access to my same hotel room or an employee will access the room without warning. When you have another hotel room guest walking in on you, or a hotel staff member walking in on you, it can be a bit unnerving. If you are going to stay at this hotel, you may want to keep that in mind. Otherwise, it's a great hotel, great location. Very clean, very friendly staff. Plenty of parking. "
