「great location, centrally located to all tourist attractions by jeepney or motorcycle, literally dozens of places to eat in a 5 minute radius plus a grocery store less than 5 minutes away if you like to make your own breakfast or later in the night snack. The unit is clean, modern and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay, by stay I mean as a place to sleep and eat in the mornings, not to spend your whole day inside, my unit 1103 was a little small for staying all day but plenty big...

「For the most part yes they were good. Had problems with the toilet on the second to the last day. Water tank wasn’t filling and I had to fill it by hand several times. Then it started working again. 」

「It's a scam. We went there 4 hours drive and found out no room. We tried to contact the owner and he gave the wrong number. We messaged thru expedia but no response. Expedia agents cant contact them also. It was a very terrible experience」

「Not a 2 BR unit. False advertisement. Host does not communicate properly. Host provided the check-in info at the very last minute. And did not provide check-out procedure as well. Pictures did not match the unit. Poor communication, slow and delay response, details missing from both host and local contacts. Would not recommend staying here at all. 」
