What time is check-in and check-out?
•Check-in is from 16:00 (4 PM) onwards.
•Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us in advance to check availability.

Are pets allowed?
Yes we allow 1 small dog. Please try and keep them downstairs and off the furniture.

Can I smoke in the property?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Are children and infants allowed?
Yes, children and infants are welcome! Please note that this is a small space and may not be suitable for children. We do not supply any extra sleeping arrangements.

Are group bookings allowed?
No, group bookings are not permitted. The property is suitable for, couples, and business travelers.

Are parties or events allowed?
No, parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
