Other Things to Note:
House Rules
-Please treat our home as if it were your own.
-If you break something, please let us know immediately.
-Do Not leave appliances or BBQ on when an adult is not home.
-Close the propane valve on the BBQ and the fire pit after each use.
-Unplug hair tools when not in use.
-Turn all lights off when you leave the home.
-Do not leave children unattended outside.
-Keep doors and windows closed when A/C is on.
-No glass outside.
-Due to Laughlin’s unpredictable high winds, please close patio umbrellas when not in use.
-Please keep noise levels to a minimum during the hours of 8pm-8am.
-During day time hours please keep exterior noise/music to a volume that is respectful of our neighbors.
-If you are sandy after coming back from the river, please rinse off before entering the house.
-Return any borrowed pool / beach gear in the condition in which you found it and to the location where it was stored.
-You are welcome to use the Bluetooth speaker, however, please do not remove it from the home.

-Weak swimmers must wear a life vest while in the pool (we have several life vests in an assortment of sizes that you are welcome use).
-Children must be supervised by an adult at ALL times while swimming and when in the backyard.

*** Please note that this is not a large pool. It’s measurement are 20ft x 9ft and is 5 ft deep. It fits about 10 people comfortably.
