Laugarvatn Fontana

This was such a cute property. We received check in instructions day before and was very easy to get in. Finding the guesthouse was a bit difficult but we asked someone in the bakery next door and they were able to direct us. It’s right next door to a convenience store. The guesthouse itself is huge and has everything you need. You do take stairs to get to your room but not a big deal and we found parking on the street. Would definitely stay here again as the location is also perfect and near all the club spots in downtown Reykjavik. Would definitely come here again

Older property, could use some love: but all in all good. Well appointed kitchenette, bathroom and the bed was very comfy. Fairly easy to find, and in a decent location. A shelf or something for toiletries would be a good idea. It’s was noisy by the door( our room was right over the front door with pelo e coming and going a lot, but after a while you get used to that. Easy to get around that area.
