Tolle Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben 10 sehr schöne Tage in Lattes verbracht. Gerard hat uns herzlich empfangen und war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool war super. Straßenbahn, Einkaufsmarkt und Bäcker sind in max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bis zum Strand braucht man ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es gibt aber auch einen tollen Fahrradweg (15-20 Minuten) dorthin. Lieber Gerard, herzlichen Dank, dass wir die Fahrräder nutzen konnten.

Quelques détails seraient à revoir au niveau de l'état de certains éléments notamment dans la cuisine pour que le logement soit au top du top. Logement bien équipé comme à la maison. Propriétaire avenant et discret.

Villa magnifique et très très confortable

L'accueil de Gérard était vraiment chaleureux. Nous avons eu accès à la piscine sans modération. Par ailleurs GÉRARD est un grand Monsieur doté d'une grande part d'humanité sans faille. Je recommande cette villa spacieuse à 3000 %. Je pourrais parler pendant des journées entière concernant Gérard car des gens comme lui se font rare de nos jours. Mes enfants nos enfants on beaucoup apprécier ce Mr encore une fois. Un monsieur d'une discrétion absolue. Sans la gentillesse de monique. On reviendra sûrement. A bientôt et merci pour tout.

Villa très agréable, spacieuse, très bien équipée et propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et la cuisine d'été. Notre hôte était adorable. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et nous reviendrons.

Great location , Lattes is a fabulous base for exploring the area. As regards the accommodation only downside was some of the fixtures and fittings as well as some poolside furniture was broken upon our arrival. we were also asked to vacate one hour earlier than was advertised and felt that we did not have the chance to properly check for bits that we may have left behind as the owner was coming into clean before we had actually left

Perfect location for Arena events.

We found this rental too be very comfortable for our trip to France to attend the World Figure Skating Championships. My husband and I were accompanied by our adult son and the three bedroom, two bathroom set up was exactlly what we needed. The spacious living room, dining room and kitchen felt like home. We spent our days at the competitions and only returned late in the evening, but would have enjoyed the beautiful pool had the weather been warmer. For late March, we had warn temperatures and sunshine all week, but not pool weather yet. The rental is on the second floor and a bit of a challenge for the heavy suitcases we brought, but we managed. The owner lives downstairs and is very helpful. The only real challenge is parking. This home is in a residential area and street parking all taken by the time we returned in the evening. There is private parking on the property, but the gate entrance on a side street is very narrow and required two of us to help the driver navigate in and out each day. The property and the owner were charming!

Appartement vaste et confortable

Les pièces sont de bonnes taille et permettent accueillir 6 personnes très confortablement. La décoration, de style classique, est qualitative. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et très disponible.

Notre petit l'été au Octobre

Es waren tolle 10 Tage für uns. Angefangen beim herzlichen Empfang von Gerard Monier, die große Wohnung, der Pool, welcher im Oktober mit herausfordernder Wassertemperatur aufwartet, dessen Nutzung aber möglich ist ;-) Über eine Einladung zu einem Aperitif haben wir sehr gefreut und uns an diesem Abend bestens miteinander unterhalten. Vielen Dank lieber Gerard Ça a été dix jours géniaux pour nous. En commençant par l’accueil chaleureux de Gérard Monier, le grand appartement, la piscine qui offre en octobre une température d’eau difficile mais dont l’utilisation est possible ;-) Nous avons été très heureux d’avoir été invités à un apéritif et nous avons eu une excellente conversation ce soir-là. Merci beaucoup cher Gerard.

Wir haben wunderbare Ferien in Lattes verbracht. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, der Pool ist einfach grandios, der Vermieter total entspannt und der Strand in knapp 10 Minuten erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder!

Espace spacieux et agréable

Merci à Gérard pour son très bon accueil, sa disponibilité et sa discrétion. La location est spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour : dommage pour nous que la température ne nous ait pas permis de profiter de la belle piscine et de l'espace extérieur.
