「Filippo was an amazing host very attentive and helpful. Very informative and willing to help in any situation. The accommodation was what I needed to celebrate my 70th birthday, first with my best friends and family members, then with my sons and daughters in laws and my 4 grandchildren. Hoping to leave wonderful memories for the people I love.」

「I rarely write reviews but could not in good conscience not write one this time. There was only one issue with this property but it involved the daily HEALTH and SAFETY of our family. In the morning after our first night at the property my husband and I both noticed a gas type smell. Although we left early that morning for a pre-arranged day trip out of Florence I sent a text to the property about our concerns, stating that we had smelled what seemed to be a gas smell and were quite concerned....

「Great location and quiet. Room is neat. Requested two beds but was only one. Difficult to find the door, not exactly the address on the google map. 3rd floor with no elevator. 」

「The apartment was pretty spacious and had a good location in a quiet neighborhood, but at a walking distance from the main streets and attractions. The only downside was the number of stairs we had to walk up to get to the apartment, be prepared for that.」

「The Villa and surrounding area is lovely. We traveled with 4 couples and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location is excellent, with access to transit and walking distance to a number of restaurants. The neighborhood has plenty of trees and walkable sidewalks. The host, Barbara, was so helpful. She stayed in contact during our visit, checking in to be sure everything was good. On our last night, we were trying to arrange for a taxi to the airport, and we couldn't find anything for...

「It was beautiful and the Air conditioner was heavenly and the property manager was so helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay」
