It was very relaxing and decorated so well and loved the different fruit trees in the back. There was thought and time put in the layout of the backyard and it was perfect for our family. We were in town for a wedding so we stayed in the pool mostly until the wedding day but were only 7 min from fremont where it was.

We loved the place. Quaint spot. Fun decorations and a binder of touristy facts. Location was convenient for our other plans. Parking was easy, thought it was neat that it had tire "slots." Check in, easy peasy. Comfy beds. Happy kids. Lots of spaces to lounge, inside and outside. Communication was quick, had some questions and then a smoke detector's low battery signal began at 6am - rude wake up call. I reached out at a more appropriate hour haha and they resolved it quickly. Pool was clean. Just the right size for our family, we didn't find it too small even when floaties were in too. Grocery store right around the corner. We felt like it was at a great location. Easy to get to, mellow neighborhood. We are very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this location!

The backyard was an oasis in the Vegas desert with a beautiful pool, elegant landscaping, and lots of comforting amenities. We would absolutely recommend this property and would consider returning again in the future.

This property is fantastic!!! Exactly as list on VRBO….the area the home is located in is not good.. lots of homeless… obvious drugs…not area that you would take a walk in. The block the property is on is quiet… and we actually didn’t see anyone coming or going in the houses around us… the only reason I mention the neighborhood is so prospective stayers will know what to expect.. with all that said… We would stay there again with no issue—we absolutely loved the house!! This is a great summer rental… the pool is so nice and well maintained… beds comfortable.. great TV room… kitchen and baths are all updated.. really a little oasis once you have done your sightseeing for the day😁

Loved our stay at this facility. Was close enough to the strip but far enough away. Neighborhood was quiet! The house was appointed in a cool 50's Vintage Vegas style. Backyard was awesome, unfortunately was too cold outside to use the pool, but will definitely be back when it's warmer so that we can use the pool next time

The beds were comfortable, the house was clean (minus the den couch.. a little too used). the pool and yard were very clean, fun and perfect! Everything was provided that we could ever need. Some lights in the kitchen wouldn’t turn on sometimes. Floors a bit squeaky, and neighborhood a tiny sketchy.. but we felt safe. House has AC .. we were comfortable And happy!

What a charming retro home!! We selected this property because of its proximity to the LVCC where our grandson was playing in a basketball tournament. It was incredibly hot while we were in Vegas and the refreshment of the pool after a day of play was fantastic! The backyard is a large, peaceful and private oasis. The home is very clean and takes you back in time the moment you step through the front door. I felt like I had entered my childhood home of the 60's!! But it had all the amenities necessary to make our stay so pleasant! Our host was very accessible and friendly! Easy check in and check out. Neighborhood is just far enough away from The Strip to enjoy quietness but close enough to jet down to the center of it all. We will definitely keep this property tops on our list of places to stay! It was wonderful!
