Vegas Vacay

This home provided an enjoyable experience for our family. The property was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to have a relaxing visit. There were TV’s in every room, and the pool and spa outside kept everyone happy. Although there was a minor issue with the dryer vent, the property managers took care of it as soon as we let them know. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Hope to book again soon. Thank you!

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house comfortably accommodated 5 adults and 4 teens. Location was perfect as it was easy access to The Strip, restaurants, stores etc. The pool was a life savor in the 120 degree record breaking heat! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spring break 2034

Multi generation family staying together. Nice spacious living area. Nice neighborhood. Great location. House newly remodeled and very clean. Outdoor area very relaxing. Pool not as warm as kids would have liked but still enjoyed. Drawback was the need to contact owner every time we wanted to use spa. The outdoor grill could use an update. Beautiful home and owners were easy to contact and always helpful.

Help to improve a good property

Make the spa heating easier to coordinate. Had to text twice a day to get the spa up to temp by the second day. Locking out thermostats is supe annoying. IF you're going to lock the nest thermostats - give a wider range of temps for cooling/heating. (69-73 at least). We were too cold and then too hot. Get a hot water heater closer to master bedroom - you waste 2-5 mins of water usage waiting for sinks or shower to heat up. This is a multi zone house an you need an ancillary hot water heater. Also, master bathroom sinks need the traps cleaned or the house needs a roto-rooter. Sink drains shouldn't back up with 20 seconds of flowing water. Otherwise, the house is very clean and we were comfortable. I think a few minor upgrades and property maintenance would make this an A+ stay.

Well kept home. Everything needed for stay placed. Coffee sugar and coffee mate. Carefully thought through. Neighborhood nice. Close to shops. Silent place. The rooms are large and again everything thought through Did not have to call for any hep as everything was thought through

Pictures are very accurate...very nice home! More than enough room for our family of 7. Nice neighborhood away from the craziness of downtown Las Vegas. Property owners very responsive and great to work with! Will definitely stay again if we are in the area! Thank you!

The Perfect Thanksgiving Retreat

We were so pleased with the home. It was clean, beautiful, and spacious. The pictures are quite accurate. If anything, it is better than it shows on-line.
