Private Parking: Ample parking for up to 4+ cars, RVs, boats, or large trucks, with additional street parking available.

Access and Flexibility
You’ll have the freedom to come and go as you like, 24/7. With your personal door code, you can explore the vibrant city on your own terms—this city never sleeps, and neither should your adventures!
House Rules
No Parties or Loud Activities: Please respect the property and neighbors to help us maintain a positive Airbnb community.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the house. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.
Trash Pickup: Scheduled for Thursdays. Please place all trash bags on the driveway so they’re visible for collection.
Fireplace: Not available for use due to fire safety concerns.
Pets
Pets are welcome with prior notification and approval. Pet fees vary based on weight:
Dogs: $15 (Small), $20 (Medium), $25 (Large), $35 (XL) per night.
Other pets: $20 per night.
Please provide your pet’s weight as soon as possible. Pet fees will be sent after booking and must be paid within 36 hours of the request. Unpaid fees may result in reservation cancellation without refund.
Fees and Requests
Last-Minute Bookings (less than 36 hours in advance): Must be pre-approved to avoid cancellation. A $99.99 fee applies.
One-Night Stays: Must also be pre-approved. Fees range from $49-$99.
Pack ’n Play & High Chair Rentals: $10/night for a pack ’n play and $5/night for a high chair. Please request these in advance to ensure availability.
Gas Tank: Available upon request for $45.
Heating and Cooling Guidelines
To maintain optimal performance of the HVAC system:
Summer: Set the thermostat no lower than 74°F (73°F can freeze the system).
Winter: Set the thermostat no higher than 67°F (above 70°F may overheat the unit).
Avoid blocking the furnace or AC vents.
Maintenance and Landscaping
Handyman Visits: Routine checks, filter replacements, and minor servicing may occur during your stay. The handyman will knock before entering, and we’ll notify you in advance whenever possible.
Landscaping: The gardener visits every Thursday to maintain the yard.
Neighborly Discretion
Please avoid discussing Airbnb or short-term rental details with neighbors or anyone you meet during your stay.

Security Cameras: Cameras are installed in the front, sides, and back areas of the property. These are solely for security purposes and are not shared. They do not infringe on your privacy in any way within the home or private areas. Tampering with or disabling these cameras is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction without a refund, forfeiture of your full deposit, and immediate removal from the property.
Noise Monitoring Devices: Noise sensors are placed around the property to monitor excessive noise levels. These do not record audio but notify us of loud disruptions to maintain harmony with neighbors.
