The space
Our space is designed for comfort and entertainment. Have a seat out back beneath the giant Oleanders while enjoying a glass of wine and gazing at the fire pit. Alternatively, you can occupy yourself with a friendly game of pool or PlayStation 5. Or you can catch up on your favorite shows on HBO Max, Netflix, PrimeTV, and YouTube TV while you wait on your friends to get ready for a fun night out!

Guests can access the entirety of the home there's only one supply closet locked in the garage. guests have access to the entirety of the home including the garage and backyard.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED NO EXCEPTIONS! No loud music outside. Please respect our neighbors. If you do not abide by our noise rules, you will be forced to leave the property.

No street parking - Parking is only allowed in the garage and on the driveway.( this is because of city ordinance)

- Security cameras located Infront of the home and the side gate. There are no cameras in the home or backyard.

-Quiet hours and parking restrictions are very strictly enforced.

-Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.

-No more than 8 guests allowed to stay at the property overnight. There will be additional charges for extra guests. 100$ per guest after 8 people.


- During the day, the maximum number of allowed guests is 12 people.
