We were genuinely looking forward to our stay here and on our way from Arizona we get the notification that the Owner cancelled our reservation due to the conditions that previous guests left it. Although they were very apologetic it was a HUGE inconvenience as we had to use our spending money for the trip to get a last minute hotel and ended up paying 400 more then what we originally paid since we were 2 families (had to wait 3-5 days for a refund)

Just a few miles to the strip, the house has everything we need and the comunication with the host its excelent. Definitely wouls stay there again.

Las Vegas Getaway

This place was clean and comfortable and away from the hustle and bustle when you need to relax after going out and about in Vegas. The pool was nice for all of us especially when you aren’t use to the heat and was a wonderful personal paradise.

Great location, nice backyard

Lovely house exactly as advertised. 10-15 minute Lyft ride to the Venetian depending on time of day, so this turned out to be a great option when I was in town for a conference and wanted to stay off the strip. Host was responsive and everything was super straightforward. Thank you for a good week!

Nice location and spacious

The property was cleanly and spacious. Pool was cold but thats not the fault of the host. If a heated pool or hot tub was avaliable, thats how we would have spent our nights. Would def stay here again.

Fun Stay

The property was a good distance away from the strip. Not too far, not too close. We did struggle finding good parking for the strip but that was user error. The property itself was well maintained and the area/neighborhood was clean and felt safe! We loved the pool even thought it was too cold to do much swimming, we still tried.

Location indeed

If you want perfect, this isn’t it but for the price and location, it’s a great deal. It fit for what we needed. A family get away to see the Vegas Golden Knights. Very close to most everything and host was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed except a pizza cutter. I meant to grab one and leave it but got sidetracked. I would recommend.

Came with my team and family to attend Annual Company Convention. Love the location and having a nice big kitchen to prepare meals. Several people have special diets. Kids love the pool and Netflix. Location could not be better, 5-10 minutes to MGM where I needed to go for Convention and less that 5 to airport to pick up and drop my team members. Manager so very helpful too.

The house is old and very beat up. The floor in the kitchen is unstable. No dishwasher.No where to hang your towels in the bathrooms. Not great cooking tools.

Grand Canyon rest and a visit to the Strip

The property was great - it was exactly what our family needed to relax and recover after a grueling 3-day/2-night hike down the Grand Canyon and back on unmaintained trails. It's far enough away from the Strip to allow some quiet from the 24/7 action, but close enough for easy visits. The owners were great, communicated well and timely, and made the overall experience pleasurable and worry-free. One star downgrade for the neighborhood (which is really out of the owners' hands) - it's not super disconcerting, but it's also far from your 1950s white-picket fence property. Overall, a great value for what it offers!
