Situated near all of the entertainment, nightlife & attractions the city has to offer just minutes from the heart of the strip near Cosmo, Bellagio, Aria, Marquee, MGM, Caesars, Wynn, T-Mobile Arena, McCarran and more. The perfect spot for your next getaway in Las Vegas!


Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this luxury private three bedroom home features an open floorplan with wrap around kitchen, dining area with pool deck walk-out and living room with 45" Smart HDTV. Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Master bedroom features private walk-out to pool deck, en suite bathroom with jetted tub and 60" Smart HDTV. Spacious living room with comfy sofa, 45" Smart HDTV, laundry area, private backyard, private pool & hot tub, BBQ, firepit, free high-speed Wi-Fi, onsite parking and key-less access.

Spa heating is available upon request for a charge of $50/day for the spa alone, pool heating is not available at this time. Please request the heating at the time of booking to ensure the spa gets up to temperature for your arrival.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Overall a great stay, but was disappointed that there was no communication about the hot tub not working. We were there for my daughter's softball tournament and she was sad thsf it was broken because she was looking forward to using it to relax after games.

In town for another hockey tourney and picked this home for a 2nd time. Location was close to the rinks as well as the strip. House provided all we needed and was as advertised.

Don't Book Based on the Title!

I booked this house for one reason - the spa and outdoor area. Take note that they charge to heat the spa an additional $50/day. Even after paying that amount, and informing them ahead of time that heat will be used spa water was in the 60s upon arrival. Long story short - it never got hot! Never reach 75 degrees, even. After numerous the "pool person will be there", etc. there was no resolution. We left the heat on the first night all night as instructed and someone let themselves onto the premises (the back yard area) without any warning. They completely locked out the pool/spa area. It's very frustrating when the main feature for your family is completely unusable and you spend way too much of your vacation attempting to resolve the issue. They refunded the $150 for the 3x daily heating fee. We booked other accommodations that had working facilities for the final night. I am unsatisfied with the service and refund of the heating fee only. Again, "Perfect Las Vegas Private Retreat w/ Pool and Spa" is what is being advertised, and it is not being delivered on. Jacuzzi in primary - looks great and thought it could serve as a weak alternative for the broken spa - it doesn't work either. Balloon string stuck in bedroom fan making it inoperable. Dishwasher lightly beeps all night due to error. Unapproved entrance to property morning #1! Person turned off all pool jets and heat and locked entire pool system. Unacceptable.

Vegas Tournament

My daughter, my daughters friend and I went to Vegas for a softball tournament they were playing in. The girls loved the home as did I. Very clean, comfortable and minutes from anything we wanted to do. We got in pretty late and I messaged the host with a couple questions and they responded even at the late hour. We will stay here the next time we are in town, sad we didn't get to use the pool because of the cold weather but we have plans to return in the summer.

Weekend Stay

Friend and I were in town for a hockey tournament. Home was exactly as described and worked great.. beds were comfortable, kitchen worked great and overall home was perfect. We’ll stay again for the next tournament!

Far from perfect.

Stayed for three nights with my husband and mother-in-law for her birthday. The day before flying out I receive a text from the host stating that the blower needs to be repaired and that we will need to be at the property between 11-2 on our first day for the repair man. I reluctantly agreed considering this would be cutting into a good portion of our trip. In return I requested an 11 o’clock check out instead of 10 and the host said I would have to check back the day before checking out in order to accommodate. Upon arrival we realized the heater wasn’t working at all. They provided cheap little space heaters for us to keep warm with. Which got us by for the night. I had requested some form of discount for having to stick around to deal with the repair man. To which the host said they would look into it with no avail. A few of the things I found unacceptable and just plain gross were. Bloody used bandaid in master trash. Hand soap was 1/8 soap and the rest water. No dish soap provided but are required to wash dishes prior to check-out. Remote batteries in living room are dead. Hair in the shower trap. Dirty linens and bath mats. Master headboard stained and disgusting. Dirty floors and trash cans. Poop on the toilet. Hair in the bed. Coffee pot but no coffee at all. (Stores close at 11) I decided to take pictures of everything for evidence and I realized quickly that reaching out to the host was a waste of time and energy. Every request I had made had been met with an argument, or sorry, or I’ll look into that, or check back. This house could be great considering its location and layout. However, the hosts seem incapable of hospitality. I’ve rented several houses in vegas that are better. Stay away from this one if you can folks.
