We had a wonderful time! Couldn’t have asked for a better location and house. Plenty of room the beds were comfortable the kitchen and the table to eat at was perfect. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the seating room where we could all fit and mingle. Check in and check out was very easy and the host was very nice and available if needed. Thanks again. We had an awesome time.

The house was wonderful! Our cousin and his bride to be flew in from Spain! Kitchen was fully stocked and the hot tub was a bonus. We will deffinately be back in the summer!

The house was nice, great game room! The pool & hot tub were beautiful. The four bedrooms had 2-3 queen beds per room. I did pay for an extra day & it seemed like the wi-fi & heat were turned off that last day. The house was freezing. All in all it was a good house for our group of 8.

Beautiful, spacious home perfect for a Vegas getaway! The pool and outdoor area were amazing — plenty of space to relax and enjoy with family and friends. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Beautiful safe property

This was a beautiful property that was in a great neighborhood. There were plenty of beds to accommodate everyone. However, this property does seem to have some ant issues. The first couple days were fine and only a few ants outside by the pool. But the last night we were there we found the ants ALL over the counter coming out of the wall in the kitchen. Even found them in the dishwasher on plates we had washed off prior to putting then in there the day before. It was very unsettling to some of our friends. It really was an overall great experience though. The property management people were super easy to communicate with and super helpful.

2 night stay

Other than having to put up with a beeping battery dying fire alarm for the first afternoon/night, the hosts finally replied in the morning and were able to get maintenance to come and replace the battery. There was also an ant issue in the kitchen, but only on the kitchen island. it was easy to clean up, but had to be monitored during the day as they kept coming back even though we didn't put food there.We are very grateful to the hosts for allowing us to have other friends visit us and spend time by the pool.

Family Reunion

We enjoyed the house very much. My two daughters and their families and I stayed there. My son and his family who live in LV joined during day. Everyone enjoyed the pool, the games and the pool table. Lots of room to spread out!

Family Reunion

The luxurious property was as advertised. The location is close to all that Las Vegas and Summerlin have to offer. The property is upscale in a safe neighborhood close to all conveniences. Ace was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The property is well furnished with plenty of towels both bath and pool. The beds were plush and comfortable. Be careful the property is so accommodating and comfortable you may not want to leave. zzzz

Comfortable and spacious

The house has so much potential to be great. The beds are comfortable, the outdoor area is nice, and the location is great. It is rough around the edges with broken furniture and other details that should be addressed throughout the home. Overall we had a very nice stay and I hope that someone who cares about the home will stay there for a week and bring it up to its full potential.

Nice home, needs some maintenance

Lovely home that's beautifully maintained. Lots of amenities and well-stocked.The home could use some maintenance attention. Broken dishwasher and kitchen cabinet hardware. Spa thermostat didn't work, nor did patio shade near dining area.

Locals Staycation

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. Plenty of space, the kitchen is well stocked, living room was roomy and comfy to catch up and chat and the pool is gorgeous. Location is close enough to get anywhere in town quickly.

Great home

House was great, size and amenities were fantastic. The floors need some attention. had to purchase slippers for inside the house because the kid's feet and sock got dirty. Very manageable though. Need some minor fixing up here and there but overall, very comfortable home. Great location. Would be great in the summer with the pool.

Had some problems right off the bat. Someone used the bathroom and didn't flush the toilet. Come to find out it didn't work tho it was repaired quickly after we contacted property manager. Furniture was in bad condition it had some holes in it and had to sit on throw pillows because it was so low to ground we couldn't get up from it. One chair in the corner couldn't be used Put my hand on it so I could slip on my shoe and the arm and leg nearly fell off.

Host totally misrepresented property in Ad.

Arrived late Friday Next morning found numerous items, see below list Spa does not heat. Pool was dirty upon arrival on Friday Ace came out Sat am & could not fix it, he emptied skimmer. Pool cleaner not working some heads in the in the in floor cleaner also broken & removed. BBQ does not work. Light up but no heat past 225’ Cannot cook, Ace said needs new BBQ. Not enough hot water to fill master bath Master bath jets in tub do not work also. Fireplace in bedroom does not work Rusted silverware in dishwasher. Dish washer rack on bottom is broken. No sheet under comforter- nasty Master bath had black hairs in sink, Acre said Maids were fired? Ant problem in Kitch, Ace brought us any spray. If I would have know about these issueIs I would have never rented here. Spa does not heat. Pool was dirty upon arrival on Friday Ace came out Sat am & could not fix it, he emptied skimmer. Pool cleaner not working some heads in the in floor broken BBQ does not work. Light up but no heat past 225’ No hot water master bath Jets in tub master bath dies not work Fireplace in bedroom does not work Rusted silverware in dishwasher No sheet under comforter- nasty this property. Also there were no disclosures that this house had all these issues. I took Videos & pics of all. Also Future Renter Beware as there are signs all over the house with warnings about everything & that fees will be charged. Once again these rules should be disclosed in listing when posted . That’s a basic disclosure.
