Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

Our daughter was getting married nearby and we wanted a home where we could all gather and visit. The large living room provided ample space to all be together. The bedrooms were well furnished and provided a comfortable bed for a restful sleep. The overall location and size of the home was very nice.

Family Visit to Las Vegas

The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was beautiful and very clean. We loved the back yard and lemon tree. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend!

The home was in a lovely neighborhood and the home was clean and beautiful. The back patio was wonderful way to end the evening. It is about a 20 min drive away from Vegas strip but we enjoyed having the distance.

Perfect Vacation Home

The property was perfect. I never had a more home like vacation home experience as good as this one. The neighborhood is as quiet and not too far from the strip. Access to Walmart and other businesses were also close by.

Perfect home close to Vegas

We loved staying at this home! Close enough to Vegas that it’s not a long drive, but far enough that you can escape the craziness of Vegas when you’re done with it! Beautiful home with all the comforts of home. Awesome host who cares and responds quickly. Would stay again here for sure!

Great alternative to the strip

We came for a Sr Trip for a son to do some activities in the area and did not want to stay on the strip. The drive is fine to get there and it was not that onerous to get back being exhausted. The house was a welcome, quiet place to recuperate. The ‘rules’ were fine as well. We were not required to clean at the end as some hosts desire. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

Great place for families

Lee was a wonderful host. The check in/check out process was simple and easy. The house was very clean and spacious for my family. It is in a perfect location (about 15 minutes away from the strip) and in a nice neighborhood. There are also local amenities (e.g., target, restaurants, etc) nearby.

Best new family vacation home in NW Las Vegas

We came to Vegas to visit our parents who live nearby in the northwest part of town. The property was very new, fully equipped, with comfortable beds, excellent kitchen, high quality bathrooms, an amazing grassy back yard with grill, and full-size washer and dryer. The host was extremely helpful and immediately responded to any questions. We will stay again.

We stayed at Lee's property to attend a family wedding. The location is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The home was clean with comfortable beds and furniture. Lee was a super host- he was immediately available to address a minor issue. Will definitely stay here again when we visit family.

Las Vegas Family Trip

The property was exactly how it was advertised. It was very clean. 10 - 15 minutes to the strip and Freemont. Very quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend and would rent again when in Las Vegas.
