Check in was great, easy and quick. There was some disagreement with Uber drivers on whether they come up to the lobby door….there is a pick up spot a couple minute walk away with a covered area to wait and that’s where they want to get you and drop you, we had to ask each time for them to come up to the door and only one driver was not happy about that.The unit is a fabulous floor plan, with a full bathroom with a shower in the middle, living room area. We docked a star because the floors in the entire place were filthy, and the middle bathroom shower was not cleaned, but we did not use that shower. I would recommend bringing slippers as they are not provided and we did not want to touch the floors with bare feet. Otherwise the place was very clean, it seemed like maybe they literally just forgot to do the floors. There are some maintenance issues that made it less than a 5 star experience and I let the management company know of all of them. The biggest ones being the living room tv would not work because there was no cable box at all, so it had no way of getting a signal (they offered to fix during our stay and we declined so hopefully that is fixed now). A sink in the efficiency apartment would not drain. And no way to keep the doors separating the units open so it could feel like one big unit, door stops would be great here. So we felt a bit separated from each other as it wasn’t open as pictured.. But with a few tune ups this place will be ready for prime time again.
