Spacious 3-bedroom house with modern poo & Hot Tubl, featuring a private backyard oasis perfect for relaxing under the sun. Fully stocked with plush towels, cotton sheets, quality mattresses, and all the kitchen utensils needed for any level of cooking. Just a 16-minute drive to the famous Las Vegas Strip, and close to convenience stores (supermarkets, restaurants), parks, and the Lakes neighborhood. Nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood just minutes from Summerlin.

You will be supplied with an ample starter set of amenities. Stores are nearby to replenish if you run out.

Absolutely! Here’s a more concise version of your review while keeping all the important details and excitement:From the moment we arrived, we knew this home would be amazing! The open floor plan, high ceilings, and modern furnishings made for a stunning first impression. The beautifully updated kitchen was perfect for our family, and the cozy living room—complete with a giant Samsung curved TV and fireplace—was ideal for relaxing. The in-home laundry was a huge plus for traveling with kids.Upstairs, the master suite was breathtaking, overlooking both the backyard oasis and the Las Vegas Strip. The spacious bathroom with dual sinks and a massive his-and-hers shower was a luxurious touch. The other two bedrooms (king and queen) were perfect for our kids.And the CLEANLINESS of the house/property were immaculate!!!The backyard was gorgeous, and while the weather didn’t allow us to use the pool, it was still a great space to unwind. The location was perfect—20-30 minutes from the Strip but close to shopping and dining.Our host, Vincent, was fantastic—responsive, welcoming, and truly top-notch. If I could give this home 100 stars, I would! We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Vegas.

This is an amazing house..immaculately clean and organized. The location is perfect for easy access to any part of town.. neighborhood is very quiet..Vincent left no room for improvement. Would definitely stay here again!!!!
