I can't say enough great things about this property, everything want there that we needed, you just need your own food and drinks. The owner made sure every detail was taken care of, and he is prompt getting back to you on any of your questions. The property is beautiful, clean and spacious, the backyard is a relaxing oasis. The pool was fantastic. I would recommend this location anytime to anyone traveling in the Vegas area. My only issue is with Vrbo, the property address was incorrect on the site. Thankfully we were able to contact the owner directly and getting us the correct address so we didn't show up at the incorrect house. Other than that our stay was enjoyable and I would book the house again if we are back in the area.

Big House room for large group or families w/pool

Nice home in neighborhood of quiet place. 20-30 minutes to Venetian 15 from airport. Pool and yard great. Big House with 5 bedrooms. 3 car garage and cameras outside areas for security or checking on tenants.? Little pricey for small groups.

No detail unattended

This property is immaculate!!! State of the art appliances and electronics! It also features high quality consumables. Dave is VERY responsive and flexible. The backyard is a HUGE oasis that begs guest to sit for hours relaxing. The pool isn’t heated and there is an additional charge to do so. however, this would not be an issue in summer. I highly recommend this property‼

Wonderful experience!

This is a house in a quiet neighborhood. Host was always a text away that answer almost immediately. House was very clean and spacious. Well stocked where I did not have to run off to the store as soon as I got there. House is very spacious with plenty of room for all to spread out. Great outdoor space to kick back and relax. Pictures of the place was as advertised. Would love to book again!

Great place for a group!

Our pickleball team stayed here and it was a great place to have as our home base. We were able to cool off from the hot day on the courts in the beautiful pool and hang out in the awesome backyard. The space was plenty big for our group and was a great respite from the 100-degree days. The location was perfect - everything was within 15 minutes of the home. The host was very accessible and friendly and worked to help us with all of our needs. We'd definitely return!

Amazing

I have been using rental properties for about 12 years. When I was deciding on this property, I was concerned about the price. I will tell you it was well worth the price. There were family members in other properties and when they saw this place they were extremely jealous. Dave was fantastic and always available. when I return and if this place is available I will be using it. Thank You Dave!

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man(n) benötigt. Garten, Pool, Grill und ein großes Haus mit genügend Zimmer für mindestens 5 Personen. Quiet Oasis in Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, large dining table for family dinners, great pool and overall very clean. We had some internet issues and Dave was very helpful and prompt in helping us get the issue resolved. We would recommend this house to anyone wanting to be close to excitement but also wanting quiet and an escape.

Best VRBO ever!

We stayed 5 days 4 nights and was able to check in early and check out late. Our host was amazing, the accommodations were amazing, and we didn’t have to worry about buying toiletries, washing clothes, cooking and eating. Some minor shopping items were already there. We bought a few groceries and laid back and enjoyed our stay. I will book again next year!!

Family vacation

We absolutely loved the our stay in this home. The owner was very responsive and checking in and out was a breeze. The location is convenient to everything, including the strip, restaurants, shopping, etc. The property is as advertised and the pool was even better in person! Luxury Home

Location is excellent for groceries, restaurants, shopping, strip activities and airport. The subdivision is very quiet making the pool and lounging area a very relaxing experience.The home has all the necessities you would need and the upkeep is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to book again from this owner.
