Gorgeous Views of the Lake, Mountains and Pool, Luxurious 1 bed 1 bath Apt.

  • Welcome to Sundee Vacations and Luna di Lusso 416. If you are looking for a super clean, newly re-modeled and luxurious 1 Bedroom 1 bath apartments, look no further. You may notice that our price may be a few dollars more than other apartments in the building, but it'll be worth it. Most of the other units in the building are furnished with exactly the same furniture, mattresses and carpet as they were when the building opened in 2006, over 13 years ago! Just compare the pictures you will see the difference. We have installed gorgeous wood floors throughout the kitchen, living and bedroom areas for that extra warm feeling. We have the best quality bed linens, towels, paper products to make you feel at home. For those staying longer, we have a larger refrigerator/freezer and safe for your valuables available for use.

The service you will receive from check in to check out will be unparalleled. This unit is meticulously cleaned after every guest and our cleaning staff is paid a higher wage to assure that they will take the time to check every minor detail before leaving. Our beds are new top of the line, "Heavenly Bed" Mattresses you will experience that clean crisp feeling when you are ready to turn in for the night. You are our guests and we want you to experience Lake Las Vegas in luxury and style!

Joe (our host) went above and beyond. Not only is the property beautiful, it was homely. The mini vacation we definitely needed. Joe was on his own vacation, and still communicated efficiently. We will definitely book again.

Exactly as pictured! Has a wonderful bedroom suite off the main room. Location of room is near the elevator which is handy. We love staying in this building! Host’s were very prompt and professional. They were kind enough to allow early check-in which was so needed after coming in from New Mexico. I work all the time, so this was a nice 2 day vacation for my daughter and I. Would definitely book again in the future.

Southern Utah & Las Vegas

Great location for those who are not attracted to The Strip, but close enough to make a show etc. Easy travel to Hoover Dam, Red Rocks Canyon and the incredible beauty of Southern Utah’s state & national parks.
