There is the main home which consists of the first master bedroom (queen bed),the second bedroom (has two queen beds) two smaller bedrooms (queen bed in each), a living room (with a 86-inch tv and Mrs. Pacman arcade game) (Nintendo Switch with 4 controllers, Lets Sing 2025, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Smash Bros, Super Mario Party, Paper Mario, Super Mario Bros U Deluxe, and Overcooked!2), a laundry room, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is one full bath with a tub in the master bedroom. And a full bathroom with a shower for the other three bedrooms. There is a small desk with a chair in the master bedroom.

The attached casita consists of a combo living room/kitchen area (with a 50-inch tv) and a staircase that leads to the second large master bedroom (with a 60-inch tv). The casita is connected to the main house, has its own entrance, backyard access, and can be locked to the rest of the house for extra privacy if wanted. There is one full bathroom with a tub in the upstairs second master bedroom. There is a desk and chair in the living room/kitchen. Also, there is a 7-foot dining table in the living room/kitchen which converts to a ping pong table and a pool table.
