Very nice house. Everything was as the pictures showed. Pool is not heated so don't expect to use it in January. Great park about 2 blocks away - great for walking dogs. House was very clean and plenty of linens, dishes etc....Great private patio out back with plenty of chairs etc.... Grill worked great as well. Would highly recommend for anyone - especially families with children in the summertime.

The location was perfect. I had access to dog parks, multiple stores within walking distance. And the neighborhood the house is in extremely quiet and peaceful. Loved that.

The property manager was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. The property manager meet us at the property the day of our arrival snd kept us update regarding any actions that needed to be addressed. The property is in a great area for eating at various restaurants and there are grocery stores in the area. We would recommend this property.

Great stay in Vegas

House was nice size. Pool was great. Patio living was spacious and accommodating for outdoor dining - grill works well. House well maintained and garage parking was nice for the desert heat.

Excellent!

My wife and I have stayed in many Vrbos over the years; this was our favorite. The backyard pool is exactly as advertised and was wonderful for relaxing. Our two small dogs loved the backyard and the turf lying over most of it.Benjamin meeting us at the property upon check-in was a nice touch. He explained everything to us, including garage code, trash days, etc. It was a nice, personal touch to the check-in process.Some of the reviews complain about the dirty pool. It wasn't really dirty - Las Vegas is windy and dusty by nature; there is nothing the owners can do about that. The pool cleaning crew would have to be at the Vrbo literally every day to keep the pool spotless. Not realistic. The pool stayed clean enough for us to swim despite the wind and dust.The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The concrete walls that border many North Las Vegas neighborhoods was a nice touch for privacy.Don't hesitate to book this Vrbo. We plan to go back soon!

We had a great stay. Debbie was great to work with. Answered any questions and was accommodating to our checkin request. Checkin and checkout was a breeze with Benjamin. Home is very nice, comfortable and clean with a lovely patio and beautiful pool and kitchen stocked with cookware. Neighborhood was quiet. Thanks so much and hope to be back again sometime.

Clean and Quiet

Easy check in and check out. Good communication from host. House was clean and amenities in good working order. Loved the back yard pool and patio furnishings. Very cozy. Located about 20-30 minutes drive from the Strip depending on traffic but a great place to stay if you are exploring all of Las Vegas.

Fantastic Host with a Wonderful Home

This was our first experience with Vrbo and it was excellent!! Easy to reserve, smooth check in with Benjamin and a perfect location! The owner was very responsive to our questions and ensured we had everything we needed. Definitely one to use again!

Backyard is a gem/house needs cleaning

We stayed in the property for 20 nights over Christmas and New Years to visit our son who lives in N LV. Ben was really nice but in all honesty we have rented as Canadians in almost every state in the US but this is the first time I was to arrive with cash in hand for "property management" fees over the large cost of a property. we absolutely loved the backyard and how close it was to everything we could have needed.The pool looked so inviting but even for us Canucks was too cold because it doesn't have a heater. For reference, we have paid the cost of heating the pool for our stay at most other properties. Ben was accommodating when we realized the BBQ didn't work on Christmas eve, we had a new one just before New Years which was great. My stand out issue is the cleanliness of the property. It needs a major deep clean. There are more than a handful of very dirty mats all over the house that seem like an unnecessary dirty focal point. Also, the furniture is so worn in the main family area that there are slit holes in some of the spaces to sit. There were more beds that seating in the main area, for 6 of us on Christmas day. As for the 50 to be paid to show us the Netflix password & tv. We luckily had brought our firestick from Canada.This is the first time I had to buy all my staples. The house is not really equipped for eating in as there wasn't ever 4 of some utensils. little things would go a long way. new handsoaps, clean supplies, utensils, would make a huge difference

Clean, spacious and comfortable all around.

Stay in North Las Vegas close enough to stores, restaurants and freeways. Quiet neighborhood and the house was very comfortable and spacious.

Very comfortable

I was very impressed with the property managers communication and she did a great job setting expectations. The how was clean and cozy when we arrived. It was well furnished with anything we would need for our stay. There were lots of shops and grocery stores near by amd most tourist spots were only 20-30 min away. If we come back to vegas we will definitely be staying at this house again.

comfortable stay BUT

I was very disappointed the back yards was a mess my oldest son took it upon himself to sweep, clean, and wipe down table and clean pool. Then, two men showed up unannounced in the back yard and was digging and messing with the water. I called the contact number about the guys, and they eventually left (without knowing if they were coming back). The inside of the property was fine.

Great place to stay!

The house was more than we could ask for. It was super clean, very well stocked, Check in and check out super easy! The host was very accommodating. The backyard in pool is like an Oasis! We would definitely stay here again It made it feel like home!
