Get ready to relax and feel like you're at home without all the stress! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home will sleep up to 6 people . Whether you are looking for a family vacation, reunion, romantic getaway, or business retreat this is a place that offers various options. internet and WiFi available.
The master bedroom has an suite with King bed . Bedroom 2 with queen bed. Bedroom 3 has Queen bed as well. and in case, we have an air mattress.
you can park one car in Garage, two car on drive way.
5 minutes to freeway 215 and I-15. 15 minutes to airport, 20 minutes to Convention center, 5 minutes to shopping center.
Owner is not responsible for any injury and lost during your stay.

Great location, excellent communications

We stayed here at the end of a US holiday, having stayed elsewhere in Vegas at the beginning.Gold star to the managing agent (Kathy) who was great at communicating and even dropped round to say hello,She went well beyond the call of duty.The property itself is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and had everything we needed.

Stay

I had a few issues with the place. We had to hunt around for an annoying smoke alarm that kept beeping. The only way to quiet the damn thing was to put it in the freezer. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. Had to buy our own. My wife fell on a very poorly marked step down into the sunken living room and broke her wrist requiring surgery.

Convince made for a nice stay

The home is close to the strip and southern end of Las Vegas and easy access to local restaurants and shopping, the airport and freeways. The property is nice, nothing fancy but all the basics you need. We didn’t spend much time in the house other than sleeping and early mornings. The patio did not have any furniture so we could not use it but otherwise a comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood

Great stay for soccer tournament

We stayed here for a soccer tournament at James Regional Sports Park, 10 minutes away. It was perfect for what we needed. Kathy was kind and very responsive to all questions. There is a washer and dryer in the home which was great for cleaning our uniforms for the next day and taking home fresh clothes. Home is clean and beds are comfortable; large living area was nice to relax in at the end of the day. Kitchen is fairly equipped. The back yard is very small (basically a large patio), but we never spent any any time out there so it did not matter to us. Very quiet neighborhood with grocery, convenience store, and restaurant options not too far away (but not really walking distance). Lyft/Uber to/from strip ran 25-35. We would definitely stay again; it was a fine experience all around. Thank you, Kathy!

Great proximity to Las Vegas strip and other attractions in the area. The neighborhood felt safe. While the furnishings and fixtures are pretty barebones, the property was clean and exactly as it appeared in the listing.

Convenient location that needs minor repairs

Home nicely handled my group of 3 however 1 day’s worth of a handyman’s time would dramatically improve the perception of this property. Items requiring repair or improvement include a broken water dispenser on the frig door, a closet door that was ajar & leaning into the closet, light bulbs in the vanity mirror that don’t match. Overall though, this home worked well for our purposes.

SEMA Convention

This property was perfect for us. Close enough to the convention center and easy access to groceries and gas. The property was perfect for eating meals together every evening and ample room for all of us to shower and prepare to leave every morning.

Beautiful home, peaceful neighborhood!

My husband and I and a couple of our friends rented this house instead of being cramped up in a hotel. The house looked exactly like the pictures! Truly a beautiful home inside and out. The host was super prompt when responding to my questions! We are quiet people and enjoyed the peacefulness of the neighborhood. We also loved the fact that we were really close to the “night life” activities if we wanted to be there! Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Exactly what we wanted.

The photos posted give an accurate layout of the house but they undersell how big/comfy of a space it really is! Our party of 4 had a fantastic stay. Check in was easy. House has a full kitchen with a gas stove and an island. 3 restroom and a patio to sit on in the backyard. Was very clean on arrival. 5 stars.
