I most likely will not be available in person but have local help for emergencies and am certainly available through the app or by phone when needed.

Clean, quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood with large lots, nearby parks and quick access to great restaurants, casinos and shopping. Like anywhere, we encourage guests to lock doors, cars and be aware of their surroundings.

Please enjoy the all spaces on the property with the exception of the locked storage room to the left of the garage.

This is a residential home with an attached guest space. This space is not shared with other guests or the hosts. This is not a hotel with onsite staff. Need help with additional services for a seamless stay? Ask about recommendations for in home spa services, catering, logistics etc.

There are 5 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the attached guest house. Here is the what you will find in each one:

Main house

Bedroom 1: King bed, en suite bathroom with shower (main floor)

Bedroom 2: King bed, en suite bathroom with shower and smart TV

Bedroom 3: 2 Twins and 1 Queen, desk, play area and smart TV

Bedroom 4: 2 Twin bed

Bedroom 5: Queen bed

Bedrooms 2-5 are on the second floor. There is a full bathroom in the hall for bedrooms 2-4 to share. Each of the full bathrooms has a double vanity and there is also a 1/2 bath on the main floor. There are two roll away beds upstairs as well.

Guest House

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom and smart TV (please note this is the only shower in this unit)

Bedroom 2: Twin bed with roll out trundle and work space

Parking: We have a large driveway that can accommodate 4-5 vehicles and ask that you use the space in the garage as well. There is no parking on the street.

This is not a party house but it wonderful place for family gatherings, home base for trips with friends, sports trips or business travel. All guests will need to comply with the house rules. While we can't permit parties, we welcome bachelors and bachelorettes in providing a place to rest and ask that the shenanigans stay on the Strip, Casinos, Clubs or WHERE EVER your adventures take you. Thank you for understanding and maintaining a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

Monitoring and surveillance : There are cameras on the exterior of the property, including by the pool. There are noise monitoring devices in the main living areas and outside. Quiet hours will be enforced to ensure there is no loud noise after 10pm (9pm on week nights).

Pool & Spa: If you wish, the pool or spa can be heated for an additional $75/day so long as temperatures are above 70 degrees. We require at least 48 hours notice on requests for heating to ensure comfortable temperatures can be achieved. The more notice you provide, the better.

Please note- The Spa does not function like a traditional hot tub with jets and will only reach temperatures in the 90s pending the weather. The water is shared with the pool which is why the fee is the same for heating. We can concentrate the heat in the Spa or in Pool per your direction.

Grilling: Guests can use the grill so long as they move it 3 ft from the house when using, clean it after use and change out propane as needed.

Safety: The home is equipped with interconnected smoke alarms, CO2 detectors, fire extinguishers and the pool has a safety gate. Children must be accompanied with an adult while outside at all times.

Uber, Lyft, Rental or your own vehicle would be best. There are some walkable restaurants but it can be very hot in the summer.

Check in/ check out: Need to arrive early or leave late? No problem and no additional fees if the home is available! Please do make sure you confirm with the host before your arrival to ensure there are no conflicts.. If it is required, host may charge a fee to block surrounding days at the property.

When applicable, we have contracted with Truvi (formerly SuperHog) for 3rd party identity verification in addition to providing options for a damage waiver or refundable security deposit. We know this extra step is annoying and appreciate you working with us to ensure that if accidents occur during your stay, we have an easy path to resolution. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions on this.

Well behaved dogs will be considered for a $150 fee per pet. Guests must clean up after their pet (indoors and out) and notify host of any pet related damages. Additional fines may occur in the event damages exceed the $150 fee charged. Please inquire with host if you have questions.
