This property was almost a vacationers dream. Overall we loved our stay. The house was clean, quiet, comfortable & well supplied. My only complaint is that the beds were not comfortable at all. That was so disappointing! After an enjoyable day of enjoying Vegas I would've love to relax & sleep in a comfortable bed. Too hard! I hope that you will invest in better mattresses for your guest. I would love to stay here again only if you have more comfortable mattresses. Thanks again

This is the third time my wife and I have rented this home. The house is in North Las Vegas, near Aliante Casino, convenient to I-215, and local shopping. The home is exactly as advertised, and Ken is easy to work with. During our stays, we've had no issues with the property. Upon check in, the home has always been very clean.

This place was great!

Some friends and I stayed here over the weekend and If I come back to Vegas anytime soon I would stay here again. Very clean and the location was perfect, only 10-15 min from the strip.

This place was set up really well for our large crew of climbers. The kitchen was stocked in a way that we could all make meals, the house was clean, and it was apparent that the hosts cared about the quality of our stay.

Weekend in LV

The home was nice. Just as it was advertised. Neighborhood was okay. Neighbor to the West was cordial and talked to us in length. Very nice. Road behind house was loud. We arrived later in the evening to the property and people wanted to shower but there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner provided - I’ve never experienced that at a VRBO, so people couldn’t shower until the following day when I was able to get to the store. Didn’t hear from owner for 48 hours when I reached out. I was eventually informed he had a family emergency but communication was sub par. Again, house was great, location was fine.

Great home in safe area

We had a great stay with multiple generations, from great grandparents to infant. Plenty of seating in the living room and dining area. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of parking. We would come back for a family get together.

A welcome retreat

We came to Vegas to visit extended family and this home was a haven of comfort in the city that never sleeps. Close enough to get to the city but far enough not to hear it :) All the cousins could have their own space in the gameroom on couches or air mattresses. All rooms are upstairs just living room and kitchen downstairs. Will definately stay again

Good times

I selected the house for the proximity to the events we were attending over our two week stay. It ticked all the boxes the shops are a short drive up the road which have everything you will need. The area was very quiet and safe. Would do it again in a heart beat.

There were three adults in our group. We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was very clean and the amenities were great. The neighborhood was quiet and the people seemed friendly. The location suited us as well - close to the strip and other places we wanted to visit. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

The house is very comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. The owner Ken was easy to reach when we had questions. We would stay there again.
