Very nice place to stay. Loved the separate bedroom and second full bath. Easy access to the MGM and the pools. Great communication with the owner and she responded very quickly to all of our questions.The only negative was the building was having hot water issues but that is not in the owners control and she informed us before we even knew their was a.problem.

Good room

Not the owners problem, the hotel front desk mixed up two different types of rooms in two different towers and assigned wrong rooms to us and our friends. It took over an hour to rectify and repack and change rooms.

Comfy, clean, and cozy penthouse suite

Unit was very comfortable and clean. No complaints. Appreciated the coffee and supplies available to us. Grounds were clean. Vey large resort. Unfortunately the weather didn’t co-operate for us but can’t control Mother Nature. Would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing property. Kimia had everything prepared for our arrival down to the gate guard knowing our names. I highly recommend.

Beautiful room! Great location!

Hubby and I have stayed here a few times and besides the great location & beautiful room, Kimia is SO easy to communicate with and is very responsive to any need that we may have.I also like that you can see part of the Sphere from the bedroom!Can’t wait to come back!

Awesome 1bdrm PH Suite

Loved the suite, it was a true 1 bedroom with all amenities. Huge jacuzzi tub, host even provided a bath bomb who which was a nice touch. Great location, very clean, good communication.

Signature stay

Very nice rental. Owners added extra touches like night lights,coffee, and streaming tv. Can walk to mgm. Would definitely stay here again

This place was beautiful and comfortable!

Very nice condo. We had everything we needed for a comfortable 4 night stay. It was easy to head over to the MGM for things, but we enjoyed the quieter tower experience. It was nice to be able to hang out in a comfortable place. Beautiful luxurious bathroom with all the amenities. Fully stocked kitchen. It was perfect for us.

Vegas Vacation

First let me say the host Kimia is amazing texted her often with questions and she answered promptly and helped us a lot. We have stayed at the Signature in the past thru the hotel and VRBO this suite has been the finest we have stayed in. Her personal touches in decor and attention to detail throughout the suite shows just how much she cares, tower 1 31st floor with the best views of airport runways and the Top Golf facility are stunning we enjoyed our stay and will make this our go to suite from now on you won’t be disappointed

A beautiful, well appointed unit with a homely feel. One large bedroom with an extra large, beautiful bathroom, and a second bathroom with another toilet.

Perfect place to stay!

Property is just like the pictures and the condo is just high enough to not hear the dj at the pool party unless you wanted to, which my daughter liked seeing below the balcony. Just a perfect place to stay for us.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was very beautiful & very clean! Kimia was very responsive to my questions. She always answered right away and was very nice! We’ve stayed at the Signature many times & this was the nicest condo that we’ve stayed at. I highly recommend renting this condo.
