First off, let me say that Nadia is a very nice host, she is not the owner of the building just a property manager. The owners from what we understand are in the process of selling the building and you can tell that once the property was quite spectacular, but has fallen into the state of disrepair. The pictures of the listing are very accurate, but one thing that cannot be seen in pictures is the smell. It’s a little musty because all the wood in the House needs some attention. The fans in the rooms are very noisy so many things need to be replaced. We love the location. The views were spectacular. The outdoor space was amazing. One of the things that you can see hasn’t been invested in as any outdoor furniture as the lounge chairs were without proper pads, and one of them was cracked. So if a few things were taken care of and if a new person buys this building and put some money into it, it would be an amazing location. For the moment, I would say it is adequate for a vacation, but don’t expect it to be anything more than what it chose. One last thing is that it says that you can walk to the beach, I would say that that is not something that most people would do. You need a car to be there.
