"We found this home as described and there were no surprises. It was clean and organized and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The communication with the host was very good and the check in process was simple and straightforward with the info sent our way in a timely manner. Those are always my primary concerns with any booking and for those reasons alone I will be happy to book with this host again in the future at any property."

"We rented this home for our guests who came to celebrate our daughter’s First Communion, as we couldn’t accommodate everyone in our own home. Since our home is close by, having them nearby made everything so much easier and more enjoyable for everyone. Our guests were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained the home was. It had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the homeowner was very smooth throughout the entire process, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay."

"Convenient condo unit in small gated complex steps away from Red Rock Ranch Country Club. The unit is adjacent to the street but in a quiet location. We enjoyed the walled-in backyard space for outdoor dining and relaxing. "

"We enjoyed our stay, great place for a family get together. The size of the accommodations was ideal. Lots to do outside and in. Just a few suggestions to improve the experience. Smart TVs were challenging for all (old & young). We actually went to a sports bar to watch the NCAA basketball finals. The chairs on the patio need new cushions that really soften the chairs. The wood trim around the kitchen counter is very sticky and needs to be refinished. We found 2 dead mice in the pool when we arrived, a talk with the pool service might help"
