Positively perfect!

When we decided we wanted to spend some time in Las Cruces this winter, we knew that we wanted to be near Old Mesilla. I had lived in El Paso for years, and Las Cruces in general and Mesilla in particular were frequent destinations. Our accommodations were perfect. First of all, the condo is part of a development that I remember being built a number of years ago. The walk to Mesilla for coffee and shopping and dining was so easy, that we were able to do it many times a day. The unit itself was really comfortable, from the linens to the huge king bed. The kitchen was well outfitted, so we were able to easily prepare a number of meals at the condo. And Cindy’s availability whenever we had questions was exactly what we needed. She always responded in very short order. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Las Cruces.

A home away from home in new mexico

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Esperanza. Its location is perfect for travel into El Paso or to go to Mesilla or into Las Cruces. Hiking in the mountains was fun and the weather was perfect. It's our favourite place to stay in the southwest. Thank you Cynthia for your quick response to us and your kindness.

Great Stay In Sancho’s Condo

Location was outstanding. It was close to great restaurants and shops. The property was secure and we felt very safe. The host couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. She provided us with some supplies that we needed the very day that we requested them. She allowed us to slide our reservation up by one day when we arrived sooner than expected and even gave us a bottle of wine. We were very happy with the condo.

Quaint abode

Loved the architecture of the building and it was landscaped very nicely. We had a 2nd floor apartment - so that was the only negative. Did not realize it had no elevator. At our age we usually try to stay away from too many stairs - but we managed ok. Loved the location. Never had the chance to walk to Old Mesilla - the condo had everything we needed. Toiletery items were well stocked

Nice condo!

Nicely decorated condo. We enjoyed staying there. It's a convenient walk to stores and restaurants. And a quick drive to downtown. The bed sits high but is comfortable for sleeping. When asking property manager a question, response was very quick. The bathtub drained slow but the water pressure was great. The gym was convenient. Overall a great visit.
