Come and enjoy the southwest in this Charming old home in Mesilla Park. Just 5 min to NMSU and Mesilla where you can enjoy some Historic Old Mesilla shopping and food! Take a walk around the neighborhood under the giant shade trees or to the big grassy park around the corner. Enjoy an evening in and listen to an old record on the beautiful record entry console. This home will provide you a quiet and relaxing space to unwind and reset.

Such a lovely home! It had a few quirks but was a warm, cozy and overall lovely home. We were in town for a wedding and the house was perfect for having family drop by, visiting with grandkids and also for kicking back and relaxing at the end of busy days.

Perfect location for our trip to see far flung relatives. Check in was a snap, this was my first time and everything was easy. The house is quaint old style southwestern and in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked for doing your own cooking but the house is located near some fantastic New Mexican restaurants.

Clean and welcoming

We loved this VRBO in Las Cruces. The house was very clean, cute, and made an excellent home base for our stay in the city. Would definitely stay again.

We wanted to visit Mesilla and this was close by it’s in a quiet neighborhood. It wasn’t much of a yard I suppose because it accepts pets but we didn’t need a yard. We watched a little TV and went to bed. Great beds. Good showers.

Nice place

Nice. Quiet neighborhood. Clean inside. Back yard a bit cluttered, but fenced in nicely. Good communication with host. Good neighbors. Good size rooms. Would stay again if in that area passing through.

Mesilla Park stay

Overall the property needed a deep cleaning and a handyman maintenance in the facility. Specific items that needed cleaning; oven (refused to use), primary shower had mildew buildup (tried to remove the mildew but was only able to remove a little over half), dust buildup in many areas. Looked forward to an outdoor coffee or breakfast but the grounds needed a major cleanup from prior season vegetation and dog litter. The master bed was excellent but the leather sofa/loveseat in the den were stained, dirty and very uncomforable and had to add pillows to seats and cover with blankets. Both need to be replaced. The washing machine smelled like rotten eggs due to bacteria buildup. Used Affresh a few times but wasn’t able to remove all the buildup. The kitchen chairs numbered six but only two were steady enough to use and lots of broken tiles in the kitchen. The property has a lot of potential, but needs TLC.

Comfortable, Clean & Quiet

Place was much bigger than I anticipated. Nice quiet street that felt very safe. Backyard was fun for my dog. Bed was among the best I slept on during my 6 week road trip. Home was very well stocked with all the essentials & even had holiday decorations up. Really nice place all the way around. Mesilla is really cool, just very limited operating hours.

Family trip

Nice property in convenient location

Everything was clean and comfortable. Really nice property. We enjoyed our stay. Only downside to the neighborhood is the train whistles in the middle of the night.
