Your comfort is front and center in this 3/2 near NMSU and in between Memorial Medical and Mountain View Hospitals and the Mesilla Valley Mall. Many restaurants, easy access to I25. Most points in Las Cruces are within 15 mins of this Townhouse. Pets welcome, full, stocked kitchen, W/D in unit. Expertly managed by Rethink Real Estate, there are loads of Amenities to include the makings of a breakfast on your first morning of gourmet coffee, fresh farm eggs and English muffins.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a full, one with a queen and one with a king. TVs are in the living room and the main bedroom. This is a single floor unit, however if you use the garage, there is a steep staircase up to the house. The front door is accessible from the street and does not require going up a staircase.
There are no shared spaces but there is another unit close by and the outdoor spaces are separate but next to each other

There is a 2/1 on the other side of this space, reach out if you would like information on the other unit This unit is a townhouse and has one common wall so we ask that you are a good neighbor! It is permissible to smoke outside, preferably down the outside stairs off the deck, the neighbors outdoor space is close by and we want everyone to enjoy their stay. Padma, the host, was very responsive to all messages and very helpful and supportive throughout the process. The property is self was fantastic! The interior was tastefully decorated with comfy furnishings. The patio (elevated deck) offers great views of the Oregon Mountains to the east and Las Cruses to the west. We loved drinking our morning coffee enjoying the views and planning our day. At night, the patio offered a spectacular view of the night sky. The volume of stars that were visible was surprising given the fact we were in the middle of a city.The house is spacious and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Las Cruses and surrounding areas.I would gladly stay here again if the property is available for our next visit!
