Excellent price quality ratio

When we came to the hotel it didn´t look like very nice, but apartment itself was very comfortable, clean and nice. Also staff guy was very helpful

We were sent to Tiffany apartments as our room was given to someone else. We did not like anything at this place and asked to be changed to another room. We were eventually taken to another property and given a decent apartment.

Larnaca is a gem!

Great and convenient one bedroom apartment. Staff very helpful. Wifi was iffy and staff reset the router a few times. Very easy and inexpensive (1.5 euros) bus (#425) from the airport. Beach was nice and restaurants and bars all around. Early December it was very quiet.

A Concrete Haven!

If you don't mind arriving late evening to walls of dark concrete corridors, be offered no assistance from neighbouring hotel staff to find your room, which doesn't turn out to be the one you booked, then go ahead and book Stephanie Apartments..which incidentally isn't Stephanie..it's Tiffany but you will be told 'it's all the same!' When staff appeared the following morning, my son and I were told many people make the same complaints..that they don't get a room that looks anything like the picture. It's plain, brown and the sofa bed my son got had an uncomfortable ridge down the middle. We were moved after 2 nights. Apart from the concrete outlook and a few broken fixtures, our prettier apartment was situated next to a noisy roof terrace with 2 washing machines hammering out reverberating spin cycles throughout the evening. So if you like noise, concrete and an apartment that doesn't represent the one on the website...then Stephanie...or rather Tiffany is for you!

Well facilitated Hotel aparmtments

I liked the hotel, I had to check-in at a neighboring hotel (same company) because I arrived late. The room included all amenities I could possibly need (even a toaster and a steam-cooker?!!). The only down turn was all the noise and annoying people up and down the stairs with no one to keep it under control since there was no night reception.

Nice location, clean and wide

Hotel location is very close to the downtown Larnaca where many restaurants and shops gather, therefore, it is very convenient. Room was clean and wide. Considering the room rate, I think the facility is very good.

Appartment was clean, good value for the money, washing machine to use if you needed it, the view we had was a bit undesirable looking out on a couple of old mattresses, tin roof, and a fan that was going on and off all night on another building, people who ran the appartments were very friendly and helpfall.Just up the road from the seafront and restaurants

Situated in a good place near to all amenities

Nice clean large apartment situated near to all amenities..Near to beach.....we were lucky to park outside most of the time but plenty of alternative parking spaces. Spacious apartment with heating/air con if needed. We had a hire car and this location is ideal for travel around island

Great apartment, fantastic location

Getting to the apartment was easy - the 425 bus from Larnaca airport 1.50€) which stopped 4 mins away from the apartment. I was greeted on my arrival to the apartment by Vasilis, manager, and he as very welcoming and helpful during my stay. I hadn't expected the apartment to be so huge - 2 bedrooms, huge kitchen, living room and bathroom, with free wi-fi and tv. Even better was the location in the Finikoudes area so 2 mins away from the beach, bars and restaurants. I chose not to use the kitchen as everything was literally available on my doorstep. The main shopping area was also 2 mins away in the opposite direction to the beach as were so of the more independent little shops. I had an absolutely amazing stay and the apartment and location were a huge factor.

Perfect host!

Excellent host, Perfect location, Nice renovated apartments. Administrator Vassilis was extremely helpful, I wish all receptionist do their work like him! We got apartments before check in time what was so nice as we arrived at 9 am. It was 2bd room instead of 1bd what we booked. Room was very clean with good furniture, perfect bad, AC, fridge, just 2 min to the beach. Thank you for nice vacation, Alisa

Расположение отличное, менеджер старается выполнить все пожелания, неработающий кондиционер заменили на новый на следующий день,очень порадовала зона барбекю. Но уборка раз в 5 дней -это маловато. Было бы неплохо модернизировать сан/узел
