Worst hotel ever!! They use AI pictures on homepage and Expedia. Lacking breakfast buffet. Aircon either 30c or 5c.. we froze the first night and overall bad condition of the property. I have stayed in better 3 stars. So If you do not care how you live on vacation and want to pay more than you are getting, please… stay here.

Ok, men..

Pent og innbydende rom, men dårlig renhold og dårlig vedlikehold av rommet. Aircon fungerte ikke. Eget basseng var veldig fint. Hotellet bærer preg av dårlig vedlikehold og har nok sett sine bedre dager. Egentlig veldig synd, fordi dette kunne vært veldig bra med noen få grep.

Detta hotell ser finare ut på utsidan än insidan.

Besviken på upplevelsen – inte i linje med vad som utlovas av ett femstjärnigt hotell. Vi reste med våra två små barn och hade bokat ett rum med egen pool – med tydlig önskan om ett lugnt och stillsamt boende, då barnens sömn är viktig. Tyvärr levde vistelsen inte alls upp till förväntningarna eller den nivå man förväntar sig i denna prisklass. Det rum vi först tilldelades låg nära en trafikerad väg, vilket innebar att ljudet från trafiken hördes tydligt, särskilt på kvällar och nätter. Det blev en störande kontrast till den ro och avkoppling vi hade hoppats på. Värre blev det när vi upptäckte kackerlackor som sprang runt under sängen och mellan rummen – något som absolut inte hör hemma på ett hotell i denna kategori. Därtill hade rummet en tydlig lukt av mögel, och luftkonditioneringen fungerade mycket dåligt. Den växlade mellan iskall kyla, vilket gjorde att barnen frös, och kvävande värme när vi stängde av den för att undvika nedkylning. Elektriciteten kändes heller inte trygg. När vi tände lampor hördes surrande ljud, ljuset flimrade, slocknade och kom tillbaka, och säkringarna gick flera gånger utan någon uppenbar anledning – vid ett tillfälle endast vid laddning av en mobiltelefon. Att behöva öppna proppskåpet och återställa strömmen på egen hand kändes varken säkert eller acceptabelt. Efter att ha påtalat problemen för personalen vid tre tillfällen fick vi till slut ett nytt rum. Personalen var tillmötesgående, och vi fick nytt rum. Men tyvärr kvarstod problem med ljud

Das Buffet war hervorragend, tolle Auswahl, sehr leckeres Essen! Das Service hingegen war eine Katastrophe, tropfender Wasserhahn, tropfende Klimaanlage, keine Reparatur nach abermaligem Melden. Das Personal war allerdings sehr freundlich!!!

Personalet og selv faciliteterne samt værelserne var fantastiske, eneste minus var deres morgenmad virkelig dårlig kvalitet, i forhold til resten af hotellet, men ville bestemt booke dette hotel igen

Une très belle chambre rénovée, pas neuve mais propres et grande pour accueillir une famille de 5 personnes. Les extérieurs sont tout simplement incroyable , avec des piscines à volontés et une magnifique plage juste en face de l hôtel. Et tout ces petits chemin remplie de charme pour allé d un endroit a un autre . Le personnel très serviable et gentil. Merci pour tout
