Great hotel, the staff in all areas were excellent, Wonderful selection of food and drinks. Bus stop outside the hotel which travels to the shopping areas of Protaras, Ayia Napa and beyond.

This hotel is wonderful the staff are the reason why this hotel deserves the best review possible. From the lovely ladies on reception who could not do enough for you Aglaia and the lady who printed off my urgent documents as well as the cleaners, and the restaurant staff. I would like to make special for Maria from Frenaros a wonderful young lady who service with a smile and personal service went beyond what is expected of a hotel restaurant.

This was a fantastic hotel with friendly staff and excellent food. The sushi restaurant was not part of all inclusive but was so worth it we went there 3 times! Was right by the beach and the sea was calm.

Atlantica sea breeze hotel

Excellent hotel food really good well organised balconies could do with privacy screens close together bathroom could be updated you need a car for the location bus right outside the hotel very good service we hired a car in advance so not a problem in all an Excellent hotel for adults lovely friendly staff very helpful. Would stay here again near loverly beaches and could walk into protaras fig tree bay enjoyed it very much.

The hotel had construction of a new hotel next door. No mention of this was on the listing on the website at time of booking. The construction has been going the whole of 2025. On arrival at the hotel I was placed in a room facing the construction. Returning to reception to complain I was given another room. That room was slightly quieter from the main construction noise. However the bath was damaged with pealing paint that had been badly over painted. The construction noise could be heard all over the hotel including by the pool and in the dining area. Complaining to the hotel and to hotels.com. The hotel stated as the booking was non refundable they would not do refund me or help me move to another hotel on the island that was part of the chain. I continued to dispute this as they had lied to me at the time of booking not stating there was construction ongoing that would cause significant noise during my 2 week stay. I would never have booked the hotel as there were many other hotels to pick for the same price. After three days of complaining. I was moved to a third room that was slightly quieter. Eventually they agreed to allow me to move to another hotel in the chain for the second week. As an apology I was given all inclusive at the hotel for the first week. I would not recommend staying at the hotel. The corridors have very worn carpet. The rooms have been refreshed but the hotel has very poor sound proofing so you hear a lot of noise from other rooms
