Perfect!

My favourite Rad Group hotel. Stunning rooms, excellent food and service. Can not fault anything. Customer service is excellent, Manorview and Simpsinns could learn a lot from the Rad group with regards to service and room standards. Thank you to all the staff at The Radstone.

We were given an accessible room which is not what we booked. It was the first room in the corridor so we didn't get much sleep - woken up by guests going to their rooms in the evening and people were queuing for the function rooms next to our room from 7am The breakfast was good

Two night stay

Stayed two nights in their Jade Suite. Spacious accommodation, comfortable bed, lovely ensuite shower room. Room could do with an update - no usb ports. Bed was a four poster with no canopy and the mirrored posts had no knobs which could have caused an injury if you fell into them. Stayed for a family wedding. Food was good quality and well presented. Restaurant staff were young and lacked supervision and customer focus. Nice bar lounge to relax in. Hotel decor was nice.

really good but pillow needed defuming

Everything was really nice, the only down point was that I could smell cigarette smoke on the pillows, last guest int hat room must have been a heavy smoker and it transfered to the pillows

Great place to stay

Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with good-sized rooms that were comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A great base for my trip — I’d definitely stay again.
