Room was mostly tidy; however, not “clean.” Bed sheets had a few stains, the sheets were wrinkly and loose upon arrival. The restroom and switch panels were grimy and the shower curtain is not much of a shower curtain, we had to clean up the floor after each shower. The lobby and amenities here are wonderful; and the restaurant and outside patio areas are huge pluses. The staff was mostly very nice; however there was a tall black woman at the front counter who was fairly rude meanwhile every single other staff member was very very kind and helpful. The parking situation here is terrible, and don’t bother talking to the front desk about the parking you pay $40/night for. If you don’t fit in a space and you’ve already paid for parking, DON’T park in the monthly parking. Overall would stay here again but I’d also like to check out better places.

Overall it was fine, to be a luxury hotel like the name says it needs to be clean. The sheets and bed skirt had stains and so did the sofa in the room. The bathroom door had soap scum on it.
