"Tout simplement une honte ! Logement très sale et nauséabond, pas de draps, mobilier extérieur rouillé. Les équipements promis pour mon bébé n'y étaient pas. Pour l'arrivée, heureusement que les voisins étaient présents pour nous donner son numéro. Il nous a été impossible d'y rester loger. Une honte aussi du coup de la part d'Abritel car malgré un litige en cours dès le soir même et des photos à l'appui, nous restons sans nouvelles de leur part, ni du propriétaire bien évidemment. "

"Tres bon accueil du gérant et tres discret. Les photos ne sont pas renouveler d'où la surprise. Le petit coin terrasse avec parasol et transat inexistant, nous avons eu droit a des chaises rouillé et des excréments sur le mur ou l'on doit etendre le linge, les ronces on été coupé juste avant notre arrivé, toilette bouché (intervention du gérant). La brosse des toilettes sale, un des eviers de la salle de bains bouché,le flexible de douche qui fuit. Bref on n'y retournera, dommage car gros...

Es handelt sich hier offenbar um 4 verschiedene Häuser. Weder in der Beschreibung noch aus den Fotos ist dies zu erkennen. Die Fotos sind daher irreführend. Leider war das Haus auch nicht sauber. "I stayed at this hotel for a night while I was seeing my customers who worked at the nearby vineyards. This hotel was located approximately two (2) miles away from the train station at Mont-de-Marsan that led directly to Bordeaux. This hotel also had a parking lot, but I did not have a car. This hotel had French television stations, heat and air conditioning, good hot water, and workable Wi-Fi. I did have to pay a tax while I stayed at this hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast, but the breakfast was an additional fee. The breakfast had many types of foods, such as: breads, eggs, pastries, and fruits. This hotel was both quiet and clean, and there were areas for the people to sit outside. There was no elevator, but there were many sets of stairs. Many restaurants and stores were located close to this hotel. I speak French, so I had no issue with any communication, but I did not find any employees of this hotel who spoke English."

"Exactly what we needed. Very clean, and well taken care of. A perfectly suitable studio apartment. The staff was very nice too. One thing that I wasn't expecting is that it's a hotel basically inside of a senior residence, so that gives it a little different vibe than a typical hotel. That said, we had some very pleasant interactions with some of the friendly residents in the lobby. If you're bothered by the sound of military planes, this one isn't for you, but surely most people who book here are aware of the base or specifically looking for something nearby. If you're looking for something in the area it's perfect. Would definitely stay here again."
