Hotel advertises wifi but has none. They have changed to a quarantine hotel and attempted to refuse to honor reservation. We had to be very insistent

Emergency Stay.

It was an emergency stay and they took good care of my parents. They returned from the US after many attempts and as soon as they arrived in Cebu it was locked down.

Enjoyed my stay here.

Quaint hotel with friendly staff. Not the easiest place to find as it's set back from the road and located on the second floor. Still, once there enjoyed the stay and had no problems whatsoever.

Difficult to find. Room was specious and clean but offered no view. Breakfast is a choice of two meal, no buffet. No amenities except foe for airport shuttle. Bathroom is slippery if wet and its a high step to get in and out of the tub. If i knew what the hotel looked like crim the outide i would have booked elsewhere. There is construction going on all hours of the night and a night club is near by so forget about sleeping at night.

It was not a perfect stay but I have nothing to complaint about. If there were any flows these are situations that you experience in any 5-star hotel. Staff were polite helpful and courteous. Even the shuttle driver was very helpful. Kudos to you guys.

리조트 체크아웃 후 시내 갔다가 시간이 붕 떠서 이용했는데요 새벽비행기라 조식 이용은 못하고 나와 아쉬웠지만 방에서 편하게 쉬다가 공항까지 차로 태워다주셔서 여행 마지막날을 피곤하지 않게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 공사중인 건물에 가려서 호텔이 잘 안 보여서 찾느라 조금 고생. 세부공항에서 가까워 잠시 이용할 용도로는 저렴하고 괜찮았어요. 프론트와 객실은 3층에 있더군요.

Worst Hotel,Never go, eventhough you donot any no-show notice you must pay all booking days charge fee. Also This Hotel staffs are very selfish and not kind. If you have a look at the lapilapu area hotel, remember my exprience~!! You will really regret, if you choose this hotel~

Late arrival

The hotel is not far from the airport, it's just pity that we arrived very late as the passport control in the Cebu airport took us almost 3 hours so we had to take the texi there by ourselves (There supposed to have the pick-up service). The next day morning they did provide the drop-off service to the airport. The breakfast was delivered to the room, it was delicious.

Cozy and convenient

Place was clean and very reasonably priced, but the service (especially at the front desk) was very nice and accommodating. Close to the airport with a free shuttle.

夕立がほぼ毎晩あり、棚に置いた私物が濡れていた。なぜだかわからなかったので対策できなかったが、チェックアウト前日に雨漏りのせいだと気づいた。洗面の排水溝からの下水の臭いには参った。でもホテルの前はスーパーがあり、空港まで無料の車もあり、外観からは想像できない良いホテルだった。

Room was good nice and big. but it would be nice if they have simple things, simple but big help like a clock for their foeign costumers to see local time. It has a complementary drinks but if you want tea or coffee you have to ask for a kettle, it doesnt make sense why they didnt have it inside our room for easy access. also need a good toilet seat, it was wobbly, falling appart and too small for the toilet bowl itself. Nice breakfast but too bad we found a bug on our bacon. Overall it was a good stay we didnt take it too much of a deal because we we're just staying overnight.
