Wouldn't stay again

We spent two nights in Cebu Courtyard and I can NOT recommend it! The place smelled like a mixture of human excréments and burning trash, it wasn't clean and there were no cleaning or emptying the trash between the nights. When we asked for extra toilet paper we couldn't get it because they didn't have access to it (they gave us eventually). The tv wasn't working, the internet wasn't working for the both days we stayed there (we asked for it often) and they didn't allow us to store our bags for the remaining couple of hours before wanting to go to the airport. The staff were inattentive and not service minded And rude.

The bathrooms are really old and disgusting. We had to change rooms in the middle of our stay and the breakfast is really nothing to look forward to. BUT next to this hotel it’s a really nice vegan cafe that has amazing breakfast and food! Ok location and close to the beach where you can find a lot of nice restaurants.

We stayed here as we arrived in Cebu on a late flight and wanted to stay close to the airport for convenience sake. It was extremely disappointing and not at all comfortable. The room was dirty, the bed sheets stained and the bathroom had a terrible smell. Everything in the room was old, rundown or broken. The air-conditioner was so loud that we couldn't sleep with it on, so the room was very hot and stuffy.

Very rude and lazy staff. Our room wasnt ready until 4 but check in was at 2. Theres a ton of food and a supermarket literally across the street so its so it was very convenient. Its worth just staying the night for a hassle free airport. The rooms smelled smokey but there was a good shower and bathroom and AC. Worth the price for convenience but dont expect much

スタッフは、愛想も良く親切です。エレベーターがない為、3階、4階は少し辛そうです。チェックイン時に２階の部屋を指定したところ、150ペソ追加料金を支払いました。1番下のカテゴリーは、マットレスは薄く、翌朝、まともなベッドの部屋に変更200ペソ支払いました。 テレビのリモコンや、TV本体の電源スイッチに問題があり対応して貰いました。お湯シャワーが出ずスタッフが5回ほどONとOFFを繰り返し操作して復旧。下水の匂いが少し臭いです。 大通りに面していないため、タクシーを捕まえにくいです。近くの、タミヤターミナルまで徒歩5分です。

My stay in Cebu Courtyard was nice. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean including the comfort room. I would recommend to have at least an elevator. Our room was in 4th floor and each of us (3 person) was carrying our 7 kilos baggage and one 20kgs of luggage. It's very difficult to go up with just the stairs. Thanks for the great service though.

The room was a closet, which is not an issue, but the bathroom was the worst. Mold on the walls, Damaged toilet seat, dirty and lacked basic maintenance.

Avoid this one.

First thing as we step inside the hotel the receptionist were just not polite and did not know the word customer service. Rooms were super dirty. Cockroaches inside and rat feces under the bed. Rooms were not cleaned after the last guests only bed sheets were changed. Lot of garbage under the bed,like alot.

場所が最悪

ホテルの場所がグーグルマップの表示と違っていた、これは大きな間違いだ。タクシーでぐるぐる付近をわまってしまった。部屋は狭く不快な匂いがした、従業員に言って消臭スプレーをしてもらったがまだしてた。ベットは低くても寝心地はよかった。問題はホテルの前にタクシーは来ない トライシカルだけ夕方モールに行きたかったのだがなかなか捕まらなかった。モールから帰るにも タクシーが共謀してこのホテルには行かないというたぶん近いからか行きにくいからかわからない トライシカルで帰ったがタクシーを仕切っている者がトライシカルから５P持っていった フロントの脇がコンビニになっていて朝食はそこで食べた。空港へ行くのに前日バンを予約６００P でした。タクシーが来ないのでぼっていると思う、エレベーターはない、２階だったのでまだいいが４階まであった、シャワー、トイレは清潔とは言えない、１泊だけだったのでよく調べず予約してしまったがもう泊まらないだろう。チェックイン時に予約番号を見せろと言われたのは初めてだった

You get what you pay for. The room is very simple with AC, fast wi-fi, and bed. There was no TV service at the time of our stay due to the facility's maintenance. We didn't mind having one as we only stay at the hotel to sleep. What I like about the hotel is that it is close to shopping malls in Lapu-Lapu and very affordable. The staff service was helpful.

Simple but convenient hotel

The hotel is near one of the main roads so it’s easy to flag a taxi or tricycle. It’s nice that a convenience store is also in the building.

this hotel only looks good at the reception area. when you go upstairs, you will see garbage everywhere. the bathroom is so dirty. there was also no water when we arrived. when we raised it to the front desk, they said that they already called someone to have it fixed. after an hour, there is still no water. we are forced to check out early because of this.
