"The reception staff did not give a requested wake up call, making it difficult to catch my flight. The reception staff did not provide the Grab & Go breakfast, the request was made 11:00 am on 28th Jan and was confirmed by the receptionist who processed the checkout payment a night before at 9:00 PM on 28th Jan. "We stayed here for several days and the proximity to the bus for travel into Old Town Dubrovnik was very easy. The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our 5th floor balcony. Restaurant called Piramida was just a short walk down the hill and was so delicious we ate there 4 times. Breakfast was beyond outstanding from made to order omelettes, fresh breads, fruits and delicious meats. So much variety! Lots for families from what we could see. Just an excellent experience all the way! "
