One bedroom apartment was described as sleeping 5, in theory yes, but leaves no room at all. It was bad enough with just 3 of us in there. Towels provided are threadbare, is no where to leave luggage on departure ("leave in room unlocked if you want"). Tried to get lunch one afternoon for 3 of us, whole town was closed for lunch and on site pub The Berger despite having huge adverts attached to pub for lunch specials said they couldnt serve us as they were busy and two tables in before and had closed kitchen till evening. It was 1:30 at time and no one was in pub.

appartement parfait. Emplacement idéal et très pratique ( tout est possible à pieds ). 2 ème séjour ds cet hôtel et un accueil excellent ravis de notre séjour

Le personnel accueillant. les appartements 3/4 personnes trés spacieux. rien à dire c'était trés bien!!! nous avons passés un super séjour avec le cadre magnifique!!! A REFAIRE AVEC PLAISIR!!!!

Bien mais....

Appartement confortable, bien équipé mais le ménage laisse a désirer, il y a 3 ans de poussière sur les plinthes et sous le micro onde, il y a un manque évident de controle par un manager. Les personnes à l'accueil sont souriantes et efficaces. Le parking devant la réception est en terre et sans bordures donc poussière ou boue suivant le temps. Les abords sont négligés, quand il y a de l'emrobé il est éculé et à l'approche des 3 derniers chalets c'est du gravier. L'emplacement de la résidence est pratique en hiver comme en été. Le tarif est très raisonable.

More apartment than hotel. Good value for money.

This is not really a hotel but apartments with reception area. Bedsheets and towels are given at check in and have to be handed back on check-out. Restaurants and shops are available at the premises The value for money is really good. The two bedroom apartment was spacious and had fully equipped kitchen (bring own expendables). Indoor parking was provided for free, however, our car plate was stolen from it so be aware. The area is great for skiing in winter and hiking in summer. It is located at the fringe of a nice village.

un appartamentino comodo per le vacanze

E' un appartamento di residence su due piani. Al primo piano ci sono due piccole, ma confortevoli camere matrimoniali (anche se i letti sono un po' piccoli), al secondo piano una bella stanza sottotetto con cucina abbastanza ben attrezzata e con salotto. Ha tante finestre e si vede un bel panorama. C'è anche un piccolo terrazzo. E' un ambiente tranquillo e piacevole.

site à découvrir

très belle résidence bien située avec services à pied. Accueil soigné et appartement bien équipé. Beaucoup d'activités pour les sportifs et très bel environnement. Excellent rapport qualité prix en été.Nous avons fait étape pour nous rendre en Italie (sur la route) et nous y reviendrons. Les commerçants sont très agréables dans la station.

Leuke dagen.

Bij aankomst werden we zeer aangenaam verrast door de behulpzaamheid en prettige opvang. Geen moeilijk gedoe over verantwoordelijkheden van de gast, eerder omgedraaid wat zij voor jou konden doen. De hond werd niet berekend. De eindschoonmaak werd niet berekend, men vertrouwde erop dat je dit naar behoren zelf deed. Al met al een zeer positieve ervaring.

bon établissement familial, mais très déçue car nous pensions avoir réservé un hôtel alors qu'il s'agit en fait, d'un appartement, avec aucune possibilité de prendre un repas ou un petit déjeuner servi par l'établissement. Pour u appart. il est très bien concu et bien équipé, couchages et électro-ménager complet.

Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village - June stay

Booked this mainly because it was extremely cheap in mid-June for a couple of nights; and convenient for some via ferrata. Accomodation fine, staff friendly. Unlike a hotel you have to make your own beds, and return sheeting at end but it is not a big hassle. sheets and towels provided. Village a bit dead in mid-June. free wifi in reception or close to it; ask reception for a code. you pay 80 cents pppn tax on arrival.

Résidence très récente avec tout le confort souhaité. Magnifique vue. Personnel très accueillant (prêt d'un livre de randonnées sans rien demander).

Situation idéale

Résidence très bien située, en plein centre du village, proche des commerces, des restos et de l'office du tourisme (très pratique pour consulter la météo la veille pour les randos du lendemain...). Résidence très calme. Par contre, les équipements et le niveau de confort des appartements ne valent pas un 4 étoiles (notamment literie, sdb, TV). C'est dommage.
