「After driving for 3 1/2 hours with my husband and three kids we arrived at 10:30 at night and the house smelled awful and was disgusting. They claimed that it had been cleaned but it wasn’t. Hair all over with bugs also. We had to find another place to stay at 10:30. These people do not respond and I have been working on getting a refund for over three weeks now.
